Also, on the directions that ship with the product Elite Products gives you their toll free number which, by the way, is 1 (800) 338-8667 and are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Going the extra distance means a lot in this day and age when so many companies offer little or no support.
