Here in Florida, the summertime forecast usually consists of intensely hot and bright days, suffocatingly muggy days, or days when rain seems to be dumped in buckets at random intervals. The average day here is usually a combination of all of these things. Despite this, we realize that the summer is actually a glorious time for our fellow Americans in more northernly latitudes. So for those of you in that category, we hope you are taking advantage of these clear, crisp days with the zeal of one who knows that time flies and that shoveling snow and scraping ice is never really too far around the corner.
Of course, when that time does inevitably come, its nice to have images of nature in full bloom around to contrast with the monochromatic reality outside of your window. Interacting with the beauty of nature is known to be integral to keeping a healthy state of mind.
